Dr. Maynard wants nothing to keep you from great oral health and a beautiful smile, so we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards including Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We also work with CareCredit, a trusted name in affordable patient financing. In some cases, short-term in-house financing is available.

Dental Insurance

We want to have the freedom to provide our patients with the care we deem best instead of being restricted by insurance companies. For this reason, Dr. Maynard is not a network provider for any dental insurance company. However, we accept and file most insurance claims and will be happy to accept your out-of-network copayment at your visit. After your insurance provider pays the covered portion, any remaining balance will be your responsibility. If you have questions about your policy, coverage, or bill, please call us. We are always happy to answer questions about finances and insurance.
